Field Notes / Vol. 6
Stained glass, silk fish, and other delightful things on my radar this week.
Silk Handbags by Camille Albertine
I love a fashion accessory that makes people smile and the handmade silk bags by Camille Albertine guarantee just that. From flower bouquets to frilly hearts to rhinestone-eyed fish, the New York-based brand has a bevy of cheerful designs to chose from. Camille’s instagram is full of great stuff, too!
Museo Cord Necklace
Lizzie Fortunato’s latest Fall collection delivers in spades. While I’m coveting nearly everything, this pendant necklace stands out as the perfect finishing touch for Fall.
Flora Jamieson’s Stained Glass Windows
I’m always inspired by artists who breathe new life into centuries-old crafts, and Flora Jamieson’s stained glass windows are nothing short of masterpieces. Her commissions feel deeply personal—often tucked with hidden symbols or little nods to her clients’ stories. I’ll be saving a spot for her work in my future English country house. You can explore more of Flora’s process on Instagram.
Mini Kyomo Watches
Gabe is obsessed with watches (kid loves a fashion accessory) and this French brand’s watches are too cute to resist. Made in Italy with Japanese techniques, they’re available in women’s sizes, too! J.Crew sells a few of the designs, but you can also order the full collection online from France.
Jacquie Faux Fur Coat
I’ve had a soft spot for By Marlene Birger ever since we lived in Denmark, and this faux fur coat (though admittedly an investment) is beyond charming. Equally fabulous? This collar.
Cooper Oak Leaf Wreath
Every time Autumn rolls around I start thinking about seasonal decor and recall these wreaths by copper artist Debbie Fairbrass. She’s based in Kent, England, but lucky for us, ships her heirloom-worthy creations overseas.
Needlepoint Lumbar Pillow
This floral needlepoint pillow is created by women artisans in India. I’m a fan of its folksy motifs and vintage-inspired palette.
Stephanie Fishwick’s New Shop
Artist and calligrapher Stephanie Fishwick just unveiled her new virtual storefront. From keepsake boxes to gift wrap (how good is the pattern above?!), all the pieces showcase Stephanie’s offbeat, romantic style. To think, I never knew I needed googly eye place cards until now.
Fair Isle Cardigan
I saw this cardigan in person at Ralph Lauren last week and the colors are so good. There are few things I appreciate more than a great cozy knit. More sizes are available over here.
Sending lots of Sunday love.

That cardigan — gahh! Thank you for sharing 😍
